but some one say that using third party program google will not give PIN, is that true? actually i allso have one google adsense, but from third party, i still thinking that will not be paid by google. maybe you can clarified

That is not true. You can use that account in your blog. They will send you the PIN. The themselves mentioned that you can apply your adsense account to any blog/website until it is compatible with Google adsense policies.
