Blogging, web designing, internet marketing, search engine optimization and online business are getting more and more popular ever before. With the technological advancement all above mentioned areas getting extremely valuable for making money online. Having said that we will look into Search engine optimization with the eye of online marketing.

As we all know SEO or Search engine optimization is a vital process on website promotion and online marketing. Different webmasters do different SEO mistakes while they are optimizing their websites for search engines. Once I contacted naples seo and they show me few important factors that new bloggers ignore while doing SEO. I incorporate those points to this post as well. Success or the failure of the Search engine optimization strategies will depend on the skills and past experiences of the person that implement the search engine optimization strategies.

Most webmasters just develop websites or blog by using their web designing knowledge. But they don’t have a clear vision on their competitors and how to take competitive advantage over them. They also not aware of how to promote their websites and how to bring more sales to their sites. They don’t know how to convert visitors in to loyal customers.

Almost all the webmasters believe SEO is the most important aspect of website promotion. If I am wrong please correct me. Because of this idea they visit thousands of different sources to read on SEO. Some out source their SEO part of the website for a third party who are known as SEO experts. But big proportion of those webmasters get failed even they have a better knowledge on SEO. Recently I did a research (A small one with 100 webmasters) on why most are not getting expected results. What I found is as below (I made it in point form for you);

#1. Most webmasters know Search Engine Optimization, but not implement it

This is the commonest mistake I found among those webmasters. Most of them know SEO really well. Some people can make even lessons to teach Search Engine Optimization. Some are even better than us. They really have the knowledge. Some of them know link building, forum posting, guest posting and etc. But the problem is they never act. Simply they didn’t implement the strategies to build links for their blogs. They are just telling Search Engine optimization is like this and like that. But they never made a comment on other’s blog, they never made a guest post on a blog and they never post on a forum. Simple they have done nothing to promote their blog even though they know how to promote a blog.

#2. Most Webmaster hired SEO experts are not SEO (search engine optimization) experts

The second most important face I found is some of the webmasters has hired SEO experts. But they are not SEO experts even though the labeled them as SEO experts. Some of them even don’t know how to use h1, h2, h3 tags effectively in on page optimization. And they don’t know how to optimize a blog title for search engines. Actually they are cheaters. They drain the money of the webmasters without giving anything back to the webmaster except suffering. The advice is be careful while selecting your SEO expert.

#3. Most thought Search Engine Optimization is a one time process

About one third of the webmasters thought Search Engine Optimization is a one time process and it can be done within few days. They also thought once you have done SEO you don’t want to look into SEO anymore. This is completely wrong idea. SEO is a ongoing process. It never ends. So the advice is to attend your SEO every day.

These three are the most common factors I found by interviewing those 100 webmasters. So as I think is SEO is still working really well. But the people who is not taking actions to implement SEO and people who are not confident enough of implementing SEO and people who are doing it once are saying the Search Engine Optimization is not working for them. But I told them it takes time to build up a strong search engine ranking.
